Enjoy an evening of culinary delights, festive cocktails and live entertainment on historic Elm Street!

Area restaurants will be offering $5 sampler menus throughout the night. There will be wine tasting and martinis at our licensed patios. Make sure to check out the Martini Ice Lounge!

The night’s live entertainment will include: fire performers, stiltwalker, DJ & beat boxer.

Guest Sommelier: Doris Miculan Bradley

Doris is a Professor at The School of Hospitality Tourism Management at George Brown College. Her career includes Restaurateur for Canada’s National Monument’s CN Tower’s 360 Revolving Restaurant, Raconteur, Chef, Master Sommelier Candidate, Licensed Import Agent for Champagne Louis de Sacy Grand Cru .

Doris has been involved in acting as a recognized Wine Judge in Canada, The USA and Germany.

Doris will be assisted by George Brown students from the Food and Beverage Management and Hospitality Tourism Program.
